I'm Alex.
I believe that life is art, and it should be enjoyed as such.
I’m here to help people remember.
How I got here:
For years, I chased transcendence. Feeling like I was in a battle with depression and anxiety, I wanted to rise above my darkness, polish away my rough edges, become someone better. I went deep into spiritual practices—meditation, martial arts, yoga —thinking the goal was to shed my humanity like an old skin.
What I found instead was loneliness and more subtle separation, disguised as spiritual materialism. The more I tried to transcend myself, the further I drifted from what mattered: The people in my life, the connection to being human, and who I am as a person in this world.
Upon working with a profound transformational coach, I stopped climbing and started settling. Not settling for less—settling in. Into this body. This breath. This ordinary, irreplaceable moment. Personally, my most profound experiences have happened through feeling the full spectrum of emotions, the energies of life in motion. I discovered that the shadows I'd been trying to escape weren't problems to solve. They were part of being human, and there is nothing wrong with being human. That shift changed everything.
Now I work with people who are tired of performing: Leaders, creators, people who give a lot and feel hollowed out by it. We sit together. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we meditate. Sometimes we work with breath or movement or just notice what's arising. I don't have a formula. I use frameworks that have helped shape me like yoga, martial arts, and various forms of creative expression.
What I offer is presence—the kind that lets you hear yourself again. We look at the stories you tell yourself about who you should be, the patterns your body holds, the ways you've learned to abandon yourself in the name of achievement. And we practice something simpler: being with what is. We're recognizing who you already are beneath the striving. You might notice changes in how you lead, how you relate to your partner, family, or friends, and how you move through your days. But we're not optimizing. We're not fixing. We're just paying attention, with loving kindness, to what's actually happening.
If you're curious about what might open up when you stop trying so hard—when you trust your own aliveness instead of your to-do list—reach out. We'll see if this fits. No pressure. No promises. Just an invitation to sit down and be human together; to come home to yourself.
Thank you for being here.
