I'm Alex, and I've learned that the most profound shifts happen not when we try to fix ourselves, but when we finally love and accept ourselves for who we are.
My journey into presence-based work began through my own relentless pursuit of self-improvement. I've walked through the fire and experienced the darkest depths. I went deep on the spiritual path, hoping to transcend my own ego and all sense of darkness, only to find myself more disconnected than ever—from myself, from others, from what truly mattered. Through martial arts and yoga, I discovered that transformation isn't about rising above our humanity, but about coming home to it. I learned that our shadows aren't obstacles to overcome—they're doorways to deeper connection with ourselves and others.
HOW I WORK
I practice presence-based coaching, which means we explore not just what you do, but who you're being in relationship— to yourself, to others, to your work, to life itself. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. What I offer is deep presence: To allow you to hear your own voice again and reconnect with your inherent wholeness.
We'll explore how your body holds patterns that keep you feeling disconnected from yourself. We'll examine stories you tell yourself about worthiness, success, and what it means to be "enough." Sometimes we'll sit in silence. Sometimes we'll work with breath and movement. Sometimes we'll cultivate pure joy. What matters is that you feel seen, heard, and free to be who you are.

Drawing from ancient wisdom traditions and the wisdom of nature—we'll focus on the practice of compassion to experience wholeness and reveal what compassionate presence means when practiced towards yourself and all life.
