Most of my work happens through one-on-one coaching—presence-based conversations about how you're showing up in your life and leadership. Sometimes we also work somatically through yoga and breathwork.

  • Transformational coaching - The main offering. Deep presence work around leadership, purpose, relationships, and coming home to yourself.

  • Private yoga & breathwork - Somatic practices for people who want to work through the body. Can stand alone or complement coaching.

Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly. We find the rhythm that serves you.
